The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss Association business and conduct an election for three (3) homeowners to serve as the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com by Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and/ or attendance. Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. The deadline to return the proxy is Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm. Please email your proxy to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirements. The quorum required to hold a meeting is 10% of all lot owners.
