  1. 2024 Annual Meeting

    In accordance with Article 3, Section 3.5 of the bylaws for The Riverplace Residential Community, Inc., you are hereby given notice of and requested to attend the 2024 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., via gotomeeting.com.

    The meeting will be held at 7:00PM. Please call into 312-757-3121, Access Code: 637-923-557. You can also long in to view the meeting at https://meet.goto.com/637923557

    This year, there will be one open position for the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy/ballot, even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur.     Email the proxy/ballot to sondra@legacysouthwestpm.com or fill out the proxy/ballot online on the community website at https://riverplacetxhoa.com/. Your attendance or proxy/ballot will help fulfill the quorum requirements.

  3. Annual Meeting & Transition

    Event Starts: July 20, 2023

    6:30pm

    Located at the Garland Animal Shelter Community Room located at 1902 State Highway 66, Garland, Texas 75040

    The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss Association business and conduct an election for three (3) homeowners to serve as the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com by Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and/ or attendance. Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. The deadline to return the proxy is Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm. Please email your proxy to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirements. The quorum required to hold a meeting is 10% of all lot owners.
