In accordance with Article 3, Section 3.5 of the bylaws for The Riverplace Residential Community, Inc., you are hereby given notice of and requested to attend the 2024 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., via gotomeeting.com.
The meeting will be held at 7:00PM. Please call into 312-757-3121, Access Code: 637-923-557. You can also long in to view the meeting at https://meet.goto.com/637923557
This year, there will be one open position for the Board of Directors. Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy/ballot, even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. You may also go to the community website at https://riverplacetxhoa.com/ fill out the proxy online.
Email the proxy/ballot to sondra@legacysouthwestpm.com or fill out the proxy/ballot online on the community website at https://riverplacetxhoa.com/. Your attendance or proxy/ballot will help fulfill the quorum requirements.
